Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. summer squash
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt and black pepper
    1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter. Slice squash and simmer in salted water until tender. Drain well.
    Mix squash with onion. Add salt, pepper and sour cream. Blend well and place in a 1-quart casserole dish. Top with dressing. Dot with butter and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
