Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    1 large cake compressed yeast
    3 Tbsp. melted shortening
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. water (to cool milk to lukewarm)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    flour
Preparation
    Mix together until yeast is all dissolved.
    Add flour enough to make dough.
    Roll out after raised once.
    Cut with cutter; put in greased pan and let raise before baking.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
