Low Country Shrimp Boil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Hillshire Farms beef sausage (1 pkg./4 people)
    2 to 3 onions, quartered
    2 to 3 stalks celery, halved
    Old Bay seasoning
    Niblets frozen corn on the cob (2 cobs/person)
    1/3 to 1/2 lb. shrimp/person
    1 can beer
    salt to taste (sausage is salty so you don't need much)
Preparation
    Approximately 1 1/2 hours prior to eating, cut sausage into 1 to 2-inch pieces and place in large pot with onions, celery, Old Bay and beer.
    Cover with water and bring to a boil.
    Cover, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 45 minutes.
    Place all of the frozen corn in the pot; adding more water if necessary to cover corn.
    Return to a boil and cook 5 more minutes.
    Add shrimp all at once and immediately stir into a rolling boil.
    Remove from heat and drain.
    Serve directly from pot, being careful not to overcook the shrimp.
    Serve with a salad and crusty French bread.
