Enchilada Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (lean)
    2 to 4 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. ripe olives, chopped
    1 onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. leaf oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and garlic.
    Drain.
    Add chili powder, salt, oregano and flour.
    Mix well.
    Add water.
    Simmer until thickened. Place layer tortillas (4) in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Cover with meat mixture.
    Sprinkle with 1/3 cheese and 1/3 chopped olives. Repeat twice.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 300\u00b0.
