Winter Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 bunch broccoli
    3 carrots
    1 bell pepper
    1 jar pepperoncini (small salad peppers), drain
    1 small jar olives, drain
Preparation
    Wash and cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
    Wash and peel stems from broccoli; cut into small pieces.
    Peel and slice carrots thinly or cut into fine matchsticks.
    Seed and cut pepper into thin strips.
    The carrots and pepper are optional, they add color.
    Put in a large bowl.
    Pour in salad dressing.
    The kind can vary, I like Italian or red-wine vinegar dressing, but I have also used creamy Italian.
    That tasted good, but doesn't keep for as long a time. You may need two bottles.
    Stir it up and see. You can see it is a very precise recipe!
    Keeps well.
