Fresh Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. sliced peaches, sweeten to taste
    2 to 3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Grease a baking pan; put sliced peaches in and add sugar and tapioca.
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in shortening. Add 1 well beaten egg; add milk and sugar.
    Spread over peaches and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
