Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 small green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
4 Tbsp. water
1 can commercial pasta sauce
1 small pkg. fresh mushrooms (sliced)
Preparation

Heat pasta sauce and add mushrooms; simmer 30 to 35 minutes. Mix all other ingredients and shape into balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes; drain.
Add to sauce; simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta.
