Lime Pine Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. pineapple juice (drained from crushed pineapple)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add pineapple juice. Cool. When gelatin is slightly congealed, whip in sour cream with rotary beater. Stir in pineapple and nuts.
    Pour into an 8 1/2-inch ring mold. Chill until set.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
