Tonya'S Cheese Potatoes With Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. mayonnaise
    8 to 10 large potatoes, cut into big chunks
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    10 to 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in microwave until they are not quite done. (They are not supposed to be soft.) Mix together onion, mayonnaise and sour cream.
    Grease a casserole dish with butter. Mix cheese and potatoes with mayonnaise mixture.
    Pour into casserole dish and bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle bacon pieces on top.
