No Toss Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 bowl shredded lettuce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 can small English peas, drained
3/4 pt. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar
6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Layer lettuce, onion, bell pepper, bacon and peas.
Sprinkle lightly with sugar.
Spread mayonnaise on top of sugar.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Do not toss.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Makes 8 servings.
