Fresh Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 1/2 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/16 tsp. ground cloves
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
4 c. fresh blueberries
pastry for 9-inch double crust pie
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. sugar (for top of crust)
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients; gently fold blueberries into mixture.
Spoon into bottom of pie crust.
Dot mixture with butter, then cover with upper crust.
Sprinkle pie crust with sugar if desired.
Cut several slits in crust to allow steam to escape.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until crust is light brown.
