The Best Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. beef brisket
    2 large onions, sliced
    Adolph's unseasoned meat tenderizer
    pepper
    garlic powder
    1/2 lb. brown sugar
Preparation
    Spray roasting pan with cooking spray.
    Place sliced onions in bottom of pan.
    Sprinkle with Adolph's, pepper and garlic on both sides and prick meat all over with fork.
    Place on top of onions with fat up, if there is any.
    Pack top and sides of meat with brown sugar.
