Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli (square pkg.)
2 c. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 stick butter
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. flour
2 c. warm milk
1/2 to 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Boil broccoli, water and bouillon cubes 5 to 7 minutes.
Set aside.
Saute onion in butter.
Add flour to onion and butter. Stir in warm milk, as needed, until thickened.
Add cheese.
Stir until melted, then add broccoli mixture and stir until warm.
