Cranberry Nut Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
2/3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
Preparation

In large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
In another bowl, beat eggs; add orange juice and vegetable oil.
Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Batter will be lumpy.
Fold in berries and nuts.
Spoon into 12 greased or papered muffin cups. (Cups will be almost full.)
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden.
Remove from pan to cool.
