Diet Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. top sirloin, sliced thin
    1 onion, sliced
    2 green peppers
    2 tsp. beef bouillon, added to 1 c. water
    3 tsp. oil
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut beef into thin strips.
    Add oil to pan.
    Heat.
    Add beef and cook about 5 minutes.
    Then remove meat from oil.
    Add celery, green peppers, onions and garlic.
    Stir-fry these vegetables about 7 minutes.
    Add bouillon, cornstarch and soy sauce.
    Blend well, then add beef and cook until meat is tender.
