Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    small amount oil
    1/4-inch slice lemon (rind and all)
    1 can mushroom soup
    water
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in a small amount of oil.
    Put in a shallow casserole and put 1/4-inch slice of lemon (rind and all) on top of each chop.
    Add a scoop of cream of mushroom soup on top of the lemon, using the whole can of soup on top of the 6 pork chops. Fill the soup can 1/3 full with water and drizzle over chops. Cover and place in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    (Lemon is also edible.)
