Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    8 oz. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
    3 1/2 c. (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
    2 c. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain off fat. Add sauce and water; simmer about 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients except noodles. Pour about 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13 x 9 baking pan. Layer 3 pieces uncooked noodles over sauce. Cover with about 1 1/2 cups sauce. Spread half of cheese mixture over sauce. Repeat layers. Top with layer of lasagna and sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 10 more minutes. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
