Pork Chops And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 1/2 c. water
4 or 5 pork chops
Preparation

Butter bottom of square baking dish.
Put rice, onion soup mix package, mushroom soup and water into baking dish.
Gently mix together.
Place pork chops on top of rice mixture.
Cover with tinfoil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 to brown pork chops.
Cooking time is 1 hour!
