Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
    1 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
    3/4 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Boil 3 peeled sweet potatoes in water with pinch of salt until tender. Add butter and mash while still hot.
    Add all spices and vanilla; mix well.
    Stir in sugar; add egg yolks, beating well after.
    Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until pie is set and lightly browned.
