Apple Crunch Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. grated apple
Preparation

Mix and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 340\u00b0 for 30 to 50 minutes.
Extra good with or without whipped cream.
