Montana Mountain Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
4 c. All-Bran flakes
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking soda
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 c. cold coffee
2 c. milk
6 beaten eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. raisins
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, stir together first 6 ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients and stir into mixing bowl until dry ingredients are moistened.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to bake. Batter will keep for several weeks.
When ready, stir batter. Fill greased tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
Makes 5 dozen.
