24 Hour Egg Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 slices white bread
    3/4 lb. Longhorn cheese
    8 eggs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of pepper
    thin cubes ham (shaved ham is best)
Preparation
    Trim crust from bread slices and butter bread on 1 side.
    Cut bread slices into cubes.
    Place, butter side up, in 9 x 13-inch glass cake pan.
    Beat eggs together with milk, salt, mustard and pepper.
    Pour over bread cubes.
    Add ham, then top with grated cheese.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
