Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. chopped cabbage (large pieces)
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 small onion, chopped
    cornflakes (enough to line large casserole dish and cover top of casserole)
    grated cheese (for top of casserole)
Preparation
    Line large casserole dish with crushed cornflakes.
    Put 5 cups cabbage in dish (can cut large).
    In a pan, mix margarine, milk, mayonnaise, water chestnuts and onion.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour over cabbage.
    Put cheese on top, then cover with enough crushed cornflakes to cover top.
    Cook, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
