Potato-Tomato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 very large, ripe tomatoes
    3 c. prepared mashed potatoes, seasoned
    butter or margarine
    thyme
    garlic
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes approximately 3/4-inch thick.
    Mound the potatoes in spoons on each slice of tomato.
    Make a small indentation on top of potato mound and spoon 1/4 teaspoon margarine on top.
    Sprinkle top of each potato-tomato with garlic salt or powder and thyme.
    Bake in oven approximately 15 minutes at 400\u00b0. Different, but tasty.
