Tangy Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. carrots, sliced
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place sliced carrots in a 2-quart saucepan; add 1/2 cup water and salt.
    Cover and cook until steaming; lower heat and cook for 15 minutes until carrots are tender.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir and cook for 5 minutes to glaze carrots.
