Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. juice reserved from drained asparagus
1 c. milk
salt and pepper
paprika
2 oz. cheese
1 (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
2 (15 oz.) cans asparagus, drained
2 or 3 hard-cooked eggs
almonds, chopped
Preparation

Melt butter, stir in flour and mix well.
Add juice and milk, stirring constantly.
Add cheese.
Stir until cheese melts.
Add mushrooms.
Place 1/2 of asparagus in casserole dish.
Pour cheese sauce over asparagus and cover with egg slices.
Arrange remaining asparagus over eggs and sauce.
Top with almonds.
