Super Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 stick melted butter
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Drain whole kernel corn.
    Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, then pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 to 60 minutes, until top is golden brown and inserted knife comes out clean.
    If desired, sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheese on top the last 15 minutes of baking.
    Serves 6 to 8.
