Veggie Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
    1 bottle teriyaki sauce
    1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 medium red sweet pepper, chopped
    1 small bok choy, chopped or 1 small nappa, chopped
    light olive oil
    Chinese cabbage
    Japanese cabbage
Preparation
    Heat large skillet over high heat; add olive oil and wait 10 seconds.
    Add onion, garlic and peppers, stirring often.
    When onion gets soft, turn heat down to medium and add bok choy or nappa.
    Sprinkle entire dish with teriyaki sauce and cover, then turn heat down to low.
    After 2 minutes, check to see if sticking. If so, add a little water and stir.
    Cover and let simmer on low, about 15 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 5.
