Pepperoni Swirls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bread dough, thaw and let rise
    1 1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni
    2 or 3 eggs
Preparation
    Thaw dough and let rise.
    Grind pepperoni and mix with eggs. When dough has raised, cut into 4 parts and roll each part to make an oblong piece of dough.
    Spread pepperoni and egg mixture onto the dough and roll like jelly roll.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
    Cool.
    Cut into slices.
    May be frozen and used at a later date.
