Grandma'S Casserole(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 tsp. light margarine
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, sliced thin
    1/2 to 1 c. celery, chopped
    1 lb. ground veal or turkey
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    pinch of oregano
    pinch of garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. Sweet 'N Low
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) can mushrooms, drained or fresh, sliced mushrooms
    8 oz. uncooked egg noodles
    6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and celery in margarine; set aside. Brown ground meat for about 5 minutes; add all seasonings, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and mushrooms.
    Stir in vegetables and simmer 15 minutes.
    Spoon small amount of this sauce over bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with noodles.
    Cover with remaining sauce and top with Mozzarella.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into 8 servings. One serving equals 3 protein, 1 bread, 1/2 fat and 1 vegetable.
