Georgia Pecan Meal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

9 whole eggs
3 c. sugar
3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. Crisco
1 stick pure butter
1 1/2 c. pecan meal (bought at Stuckey's)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. almond extract
juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

Put all in large mixing bowl and beat 12 minutes.
Grease and flour tube pan.
Pour batter in and place in cold oven set at 300\u00b0. Cook 2 hours.
