Oven Fried Mustard Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/3 c. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. water
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lb.)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Combine mustard and water.
    Dip chicken in mustard mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.
    Put in pan sprayed with Pam.
    Drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake until browned and cooked through, 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 4.
