Cattail Dill Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. cottage cheese (at room temperature)
    2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 tsp. dill seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. cattail pollen
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix.
    Place in casserole and let rise in warm place until double in bulk.
    Knead down into a ball.
    Grease casserole dish well.
    Place ball of dough in casserole.
    Let rise until double in bulk and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
