Fried Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. shucked oysters, drained
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 c. flour
1 c. commercial bread crumbs
1 c. salad oil
Preparation
-
Dip each oyster in egg, then flour and in egg again.
Finally dip in bread crumbs.
Coat oyster completely in each step of the process.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
