Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 (20 oz.) can sliced or tidbit pineapple
walnut halves
maraschino cherries
1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt margarine in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and arrange pineapple, cherries and walnuts over the margarine.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake until cake springs back when touched lightly in center, 45 to 55 minutes.
Immediately invert pan on heatproof serving plate.
Cool completely.
Top with Cool Whip.
