Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. dry white wine
3 Tbsp. thinly sliced, drained oil packed sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 c. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. (1/4 stick) butter (room temperature)
2 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation

Heat oil in heavy skillet.
Add wine and tomatoes.
Stir 2 minutes.
Add cream and boil until mixture is reduced to sauce consistency, about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add butter and garlic.
Whisk until just melted.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour sauce over, our favorite, grilled tuna steaks or scallops or whatever you wish!
Makes enough sauce for 2 servings.
