Spoonburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. Dr. Pepper soft drink
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    8 hamburger buns, toasted
Preparation
    Cook meat in a heavy skillet over medium heat, breaking into small pieces.
    Drain; add garlic, onion and salt.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients, except buns.
    Simmer until thick, about 20 minutes.
    Spoon onto toasted hamburger buns.
