Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pastry shell
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp. bourbon
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Prepare pastry shell; set aside.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In small mixer bowl, cream butter; add eggs and vanilla or bourbon. Combine sugar and flour; add to creamed mixture.
    Stir in chocolate chips and nuts; pour into unbaked pastry shell.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden.
    Cool about 1 hour; serve warm. Garnish as desired.
    Makes 8 servings.
