Spinach Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped spinach
    1/4 c. butter
    3 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Thaw and drain chopped spinach. Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Beat eggs; stir in remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Spread mixture in buttered pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Cut in small 1-inch squares.
