Ingredients

4 c. grapefruit juice
5 c. sugar
1 box powdered fruit pectin
Preparation

Measure juice in large pan (not aluminum).
Mix in pectin and bring to a boil.
Stir in sugar all at once.
Bring to rolling boil and boil for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Skim and pour into sterilized jelly glasses.
Seal.
