Beef Shish Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. beef, cut unto 1 1/2-inch cubes
    1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
    fresh, medium sized mushrooms
    small onions
    cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
    Add beef cubes. Cover and refrigerate at least four hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
