Chicken Chalupas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. tortillas
    2 c. grated cheese (Monterey Jack and Cheddar)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans boned chicken, chopped
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. green onions (optional)
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except tortillas and cheeses in double boiler on warm burner; don't boil.
    Heat tortillas, one at a time, in hot oil.
    Put about 2 tablespoons of cheese in each tortilla and 1 rounded teaspoon of soup mix.
    Roll and place in pans. Use remaining soup mix to put over tortillas and top with cheeses. Cover with foil and cook 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven; remove foil and cook 10 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    May add oregano, if desired.
