Pleasing Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can peas, chilled and drained
2 c. diced or shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles (I use relish)
1/2 large onion, chopped
2 hard-cooked eggs, chilled and chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise (light, fat-free works, too)
Preparation

Put peas in medium bowl.
Top with cheese, pickles and onions.
Add mayonnaise; mix.
Sprinkle eggs over top.
Chill and serve.
Serves 4.
