Southern Banana Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3 dates, chopped
    1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cardamon
    1/8 tsp. grated nutmeg
    2 ripe bananas, chopped
    2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
    chopped pecans for garnish
Preparation
    Combine milk, dates, ginger, cardamon and nutmeg in blender. Puree until smooth (medium speed).
    Add bananas.
    Blend well until smooth and creamy.
    Stir in yogurt.
    Pour into a bowl.
    Cover and chill thoroughly before serving.
    Serve garnished with pecans. Serves 4.
