Angel Food Torte(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant sugar-free vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with light juice
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip free
1/2 c. flaked coconut
few cherries (for garnish)
1 prepared angel food cake
Preparation

Combine milk, pudding and pineapple. Mix well. Fold in Cool Whip. Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers. Spread bottom layer with 1 1/3 cup pineapple mixture.
Repeat. Spread remaining on top.
Sprinkle top with coconut and garnish with cherries. Refrigerate.
