Strawberry-Pineapple Colada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
    2 c. fresh or frozen whole strawberries
    2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/2 c. dark rum (optional)
Preparation
    In a blender or food processor process in batches, 1 minute or until smooth.
    Pour into pitcher and refrigerate.
    Stir before serving over ice in tall glasses.
    Makes 8 cups.
