Spanish Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. (12 pieces) chicken (with or without skin)
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2/3 c. corn or vegetable oil
    1/3 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Clean and skin (if desired) chicken.
    Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Place all chicken pieces in bowl at once and coat.
    Pour combined liquids into bowl.
    Thoroughly mix all by hand.
    Refrigerate for 1/2 to 1 hour, then fry in pan using the oil.
