Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. coconut
    2 c. flour
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. vanilla.
Preparation
    Mix and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 (nuts optional).
