Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 box confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1/4 c. coconut (for garnish)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
    Beginning with flour, add milk and flour alternately and end with milk, beating after each addition.
    Blend in vanilla. Pour batter into three generously greased and floured 8-inch cake pans.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Cool layers before removing (about 15 to 20 minutes).
    After removing layers, slice each layer in half to make a six layer cake.
