Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. onion
    1 pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion and drain.
    Spread hash browns in 9 x 13-inch dish, spread sausage and onion mixture over top.
    Spread mushrooms on top.
    Beat eggs and milk and pour over all.
    Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    This is good to make the night before, just pop in oven in the morning.
